House Passes Sullivan Legislation to Name Tulsa’s Federal Building After H. Dale Cook
Today, the United States House of Representatives unanimously passed H.R. 3305, legislation introduced by Congressman John Sullivan, to name Tulsa’s Federal Building and United States Courthouse, located at 224 South Boulder Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after WWII veteran and public servant, Judge H. Dale Cook. Congressman Sullivan offered the following remarks from the House floor during consideration of the bill.
